Some third party services or vendors may not refund payments. It is your responsibility to directly communicate with these services or vendors regarding charges or refunds. The purchasing of travel interruption insurance or cancellation protection policy may be useful.

You clearly agree, that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with MedPath Group, Inc, related in any way to your use of this website, will reside in the courts of Cyprus and agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of Cyprus in association with any such dispute including any claim involving MedPath Group, Inc employees or officers.
